Doug’s Tree Service's specialty is to remove or trim very large trees in backyards. Our trained, professional tree climbers use ropes, buckets, pulleys, come-a-longs, slings, port-a-wraps, saddles, chain saws, and many other tree-climbing systems. Our objective is to get in and out of the backyard, having removed or trimmed trees with no damage to your property. Objects such as fences, power lines, sheds, and the like are all obstacles we try very hard to work around. In many backyards, large trucks, cranes, boom trucks, and chippers are unable to access the area. This is where our tree climbers can do a very large job without the use of big equipment tracking down your yard. In some cases we will use a stump grinder that is three feet wide and eight feet long. Or we use a bobcat with a grapple or claw which is also three feet wide and eight feet long. These machines walk themselves into the backyard and the impact is minimal. Large wood is hauled to the truck in the street or driveway by hand or with a large dolly or bobcat. Branches, brush, and twigs are picked up and hauled by hand to the chipper truck that is generally parked in the driveway or on the street. At the end of the job, the work site is all cleaned up; raked, swept, and blown.

Please help us by mowing your lawn and cleaning the work area where necessary. Also, remove any moveable objects for access to the tree before our arrival.
